COMMERCIAL (CLASS 5-9)

RESIDENTIAL (CLASS 2-4)

Apartment buildings, hostels and boarding houses and Class 4 dwellings within a commercial building.

Class 2 apartment buildings require a Part J report for the shared or public areas, as well as a 6-Star House Energy Rating (HER) for each individual dwelling.
